Frames stores ratings, verdicts, recipes and other catalogue data in SQLite and backs it up before schema migrations.

Complete-file hashes identify repeated folder photographs. Existing rows are verified as their sources are scanned, preserving ratings, treatments and collection memberships. Disconnected files wait until their source is available. Existing rows are never merged automatically during this verification.

Keywords, captions and saved searches are backed up with ratings and verdicts. They are separate from the Photos library. Keywords and captions are written into exported files.

Undo. Catalogue undo retains 100 steps. One step reverses an entire supported batch action. The status bar reports restored photographs, including those hidden by current filters. Undo preserves the current collection and phase.

Query support. The catalogue supports rating floors and ceilings, verdict, source, camera, RAW and edited state, date ranges, availability, collection membership, filename and camera text, user keywords and detected-word clauses. Some query options have no interface control yet.
